Best ice cream parlor ever!

Have always enjoyed ice cream here. So again today. Unfortunately, I had to find out that the taste of various varieties is going downhill. The unnatural colors and the recently artificial taste of the ice cream strongly suggest that various flavors have been replaced by cheaper ones in order to optimize the profit. Unfortunately, the already very high price per ball is no longer justified and they have also become smaller. Maybe it's because of the pandemic. But unfortunately this is not the way to go. Inferior quality doesn't bring back the paying customers either. It's a shame, but I have already noticed this phenomenon with another Italian iced coffee. I would rather eat my ice cream somewhere else in the future.

Robert and Jule are a great team. People like to watch you at work, because they put a smile on your face. You can tell with both of them that they really enjoy doing their job. The 5 stars are clear only for the two. Another lady, with dark, short hair, got -5 stars from me. With all the love and sometimes from restaurateur to restaurateur ... it is extremely unprofessional to mess up your colleagues in front of guests. Absolute no go. As soon as you walked in you noticed that the mood was very different than when the other two were there. Too bad. But I know where I'm not going anymore when the lady is there.

It wasn't much to do, the waitress looked overwhelmed, with the ice cream cups I had the impression that something was randomly thrown into the cup ... That was my first banana split with raspberry ice cream. Prices well 0.2 l sprite € 2.30 Vio Rahbarbaschorle 0.33l € 2.30

Price is ok, big balls and delicious. You can also sit there well and the staff are very polite 👍🏼

You wouldn't even have to give a star! We wanted to sit down at the ice cream parlor and look at the ice cream beforehand. My partner came a little too close to another lady and was promptly shouted at "safety distance". Everything is ok, is understandable but you can say that much more friendly! Would rather have gone somewhere else!

Too few staff on site for a Saturday afternoon. Long line at the ice cream counter. The range of ice cream is good, the ice cream tastes delicious! Price of 1.20 € the ball is not cheap.

The ice cream is ok. But eat something there, not really. The taste of a bratwurst stand is better.

Coffee and sundae was fine. But 3.80 € for a piece of cake that was also thawed. That is messy! Especially if you say beforehand that you want a piece of chocolate cake and as an answer I have to ask if it is thawed. That is not possible ... Then the price should be considered !!!!

The sundaes and crepe were delicious. The coffee unfortunately not. And the bill to the table to get directly to the order we did not find very nice. Service was a bit curt and not really friendly.

I've been in this iced coffee a couple of times. During the last visit I was invited by a little lady I look after. We calculated the price together and I thought you could even get something back. Very proudly she gave the waiter the money that took it meant thank you turned around and left. He had previously learned that the little girl pays the ice from her pocket money. I found it really bold. Even the call afterwards did not help. If I visit this place again I can not answer.

Delicious delicious 😋 😋 ice cream, with lots of flavor and then you can get ice cream for 1 Euro per ball and it is big balls ice cream 😋👍😊

Very tasty ice cream! Highly recommended is the offer windbag with ice cream and cherries and a coffee. Cheap and delicious! On my next visit, I'll go back in!

Ice cream tastes great, service is friendly, especially for children, there is often a sweet extra. When it's full, waiting times are obviously longer, but if everyone wants to eat so delicious, that's no wonder and understandable. As a guest you have to bring a bit of relaxation and patience. Especially recommended: Salty caramel!

Hier wird die Menschlichkeit aus Geldgier mit Füßen getreten. On holiday with my baby and niece and went for an icecream ordered one to take away but all takeaway seats were taken. The eis cafe was totally empty so we sat in as my 6 month baby desperately needed feeding and my niece could then sit down. Straight away came a rude lady telling us to move or she would charge us, I tried to explain I needed to feed the baby quickly but she started to shout and be aggressive so much my baby started to cry. My niece was shocked and cried also. So we moved because i was so shocked on how we were treated. We had to all sit on the floor just outside the parlour which included feeding the baby on the floor. I can speak german but I'm certain she could tell I was english was mistreated for this reason. I would have 100% understood if the cafe was full and people wanted to sit down but it was empty. I'm just really shocked and disappointed in her disgusting behaviour.

Ice cream tastes good, often long waiting times due to snakes.
